Taste of Chicago is holding this Wednesday, July 10 a Kitchen Cook-Off hosted by Ted Allen of Food Network’s Chopped. Two Chicago chefs compete in a cook-off to win a $10,000 donation to a Chicago-based charity of their choice.
Admission is free. The event goes down at 3:30 p.m. at the Dominick’s Cooking Corner, located at the northwest corner of Buckingham Fountain Plaza.

11:30am – Andrea Dillon, Owner (Bon Manger Catering)
12:30pm – Robert Blanchard, Chef/Manager (Norman’s Bistro)
1:30pm – Dirk & Terry Fucik, Owners (Dirk’s Fish & Gourmet Shop)
2:30pm – Rick Bayless, Executive Chef/Owner (Frontera Grill)
3:30pm – Ted Allen, Emcee for Taste of Chicago’s Kitchen Cook-Off
4:45pm – Ron Taylor & Darius Bright, Executive Chefs/Owners (Windy City Chefs)
5:45pm – Derek Rylon, Executive Chef/Owner (Batter & Berries)
