GO Veggie! and Heather Goldberg and Jenny Engel of LA-based vegan cooking school, Spork Foods, are currently on a nationwide tour sharing recipes and inspiring others to experiment with vegan cooking and using vegan cheese alternatives. Spork Foods is a Los Angeles-based gourmet vegan food company that offers organic vegan cooking classes, in-home healthy eating consultations, private cooking parties, and more. Their innovative cuisine emphasizes organic, local, and seasonal ingredients and involves remaking classic non-vegan dishes into healthy vegan dishes.
The GOVeggieTour continues in New York City next week with 60-minute cooking demos at the following Whole Foods Market locations.
- On Tuesday, March 25th, they will be at Whole Foods Upper West Side at 5:30pm.
- On Wednesday, March 26th, they will be be at Whole Foods Columbus Circle at 11am.
