The Big Smoke Tasting Event will take place at the Brooklyn Brewery on Wednesday, October 2nd. Enjoy a menu filled with smoked dishes alongside beer from Brooklyn Brewery. The event takes place from 6pm to 9pm and will feature dishes prepared by Theo Peck, owner of Peck’s, and Nick Suarez, chef and owner of Backyard Cooking Company. Tickets are $45 per person and may be purchased here.

Smoked eggplant dip with pomegranate seeds and pita
Carrots wrapped in bacon with a spicy dipping sauce
Smoked meats and sausages atop platters of choucroute and glazed beets
