Slow Food is a clean eating non-profit and the Chicago chapter is holding a benefit party next Monday, March 4 at Danny’s Tavern (1951 West Dickens). Admission is free and a portion of the bar sales will go towards Slow Food Chicago. Here are the official details:

Specialty Cocktails (Lady Diplomat and Figgy Manhattan) featuring Jo Snow Syrups.

Raffle prizes from Honey Butter Fried Chicken, Big Jones, Jo Snow Syrups, Publican, Big Star, Violet Hour, Tomato Mountain Farms, Scrumptious Pantry, and others. You must be on site to participate in the raffle. Prizes will be drawn at midnight.

Mingle with the Slow Food Chicago board of directors and like-minded folks either on the dance floor or at the bar at this fundraiser at Danny’s Tavern. Danny’s has generously offered to donate a portion of the bar’s total proceeds to Slow Food Chicago and we thank them profusely. Come dance, meet awesomely fun people, and raise funds for good, clean, and fair food.
