Red Door in Bucktown is offering this three-course dinner Chicago Chef Week 2013 special on March 17 and 19-22. The meal costs $44, not including tax and gratuity.

1) LOBSTER-TELLAGIO RAVIOLO with toasted hazlenuts, vanilla brown butter
or FOIE GRAS TERRINE with brioche toast, saba, strawberry preserves
or SLAGEL FARM LAMB TARTARE with truffle mustard, sweet pea emulsion
or SALT ROASTED BEETS with burrata, basil seed vinaigrette

2) BULGOGI SHORT RIBS with kimchi, puffed rice
or SKUNA BAY SALMON with citrus-avocado salad, black bean puree
or MUSHROOM QUINOA with prunes, crispy kale, marcona almonds, harissa
or MIXED SEAFOOD FRY with smoked ham waffle, remoulade

3) YUZU-BASIL POUND CAKE with blueberry compote, crème frâiche
or ARTISAN CHEESES with grilled sourdough, honeycomb, huckleberry-port jam
