Here’s an oven baked pork chop over a spring mix salad, topped with crushed almonds.
This is very easy and simple, and makes a great lunch. The marinade for the pork chop consists of soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
I placed a few pork chops in a container and pour in the marinade. I let it sit in the fridge and marinate for a couple hours (or make 10-15 minutes if you’re hungry). I heated the oven to 350 degrees F. I baked the pork chops for about 20-30 minutes, until the pork chops were done (The internal temperature of the pork chops should reach 160 degrees F).
