Frontier restaurant in Chicago serves an entire plate of alligator.
The West Town restaurant has two alligator items on its regular menu: Smoked Louisiana Alligator Ribs and a “Sloppy Joe”-style Alligator sandwich. But how about an entire plate of alligator?
In the above video, Zagat editor James Mulcahy asked for the plate and spoke with Frontier exectuive chef Brian Jupiter about serving the cajun seafood delicacy. According to Jupiter, the “best part of the gator is the tail.”
