Julia Moskin and Kim Severson are two popular New York Times food reporters who penned CookFight: 2 Cooks, 12 Challenges, 125 Recipes, an Epic Battle for Kitchen Dominance, a cook book released last month.
And this Thursday, Nov. 15, the co-authors are taking the book live at the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan on 334 Amsterdam Avenue.
Moskin and Severson will debate cooking strategies and recipes with Abigail Pogrebin handling the moderator duties. The event also promises a “tasty culinary surprise.”
Tickets are $15. The event runs from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
