While I was in Chicago a while back, I was introduced to Forever Yogurt. They have a number of locations across Chicago, but we stopped by their location on W Belmont Ave in Lakeview.

The staff there was super friendly and upon entering, we were greeted with 3 sampling cups. They have a great variety of flavors that rotate weekly. There’s always 16 flavors out, all-natural, probiotic, gluten-free. They offer low fat, non-fat, no sugar added, and non-dairy options. There’s also over 40 toppings to choose from including fresh fruit, cookies, and mochi.

Forever Yogurt is self-served. You grab a cup, fill it up with any flavors you’d like, add the toppings and then bring it to the cashier for weighing. Then you just pay and enjoy! 45 cents/oz.

Some of the flavors we enjoyed included the Original tart, Island banana, Thin mint cookies, and Mom’s cake batter.

One neat thing about this location is that it is right by the Belmont (Brown, Purple, and Red line) train station. The place is decorated like a train along and train schedules are displayed on monitors. It’s nice and convenient spot for commuters to enjoy yogurt without having to worry about missing the train either.
