The Carriage House will look to be another top option for Southern fare in Chicago when the restaurant and bar opens in Wicker Park Tuesday, Sept. 18.
From Salita Development, who also started The Bedform in Wicker Park, Carriage House will be led by chef Mark Steuer. The menu at Carriage House will be inspired by cuisine from South Carolina’s Lowcountry.
“I grew up shrimping and crabbing with my dad,” Steuer told Time Out Chicago in June. “I want to bring those memories that I have and put them on a plate.”
Carriage House is located at 1700 West Division St. in Chicago.
