Home Food Article from NY Times on Sriracha

I came across this article on Sriracha sauce from today’s issue of the NY Times. This hot sauce is most commonly found in Vietnamese restaurants and used as a condiment for Pho (beef noodles). Sriracha sauce is a must-have in my kitchen. It is great for many dishes. Sriracha sauce can be added to dipping sauces to give it an awesome kick. I like to put Sriracha sauce and ketchup with my eggs! Sriracha sauce goes great on pizzas. It can also be added into pasta sauces to give it extra spicyness. So many possibilities!
