My introduction to Nepalese cuisine. Sherpa’s Adventurers Restaurant and Bar 825 Walnut St, Boulder, CO 80302 Sherpa’s is all about Himalayan cuisine, bringing authentic Nepali, Tibetan, and northern Indian dishes to the Boulder area. Not to mention their friendly service and very homey atmosphere.
