Guinness Oyster Fest 2013 takes place Saturday, Sept. 7 in the Roscoe Village neighborhood of Chicago. Besides seafood, what separates Roscoe Village Oyster Fest from other local street festivals is its tendency to bring in popular or recognizable musical artists. Previous acts include Human League, Alien Ant Farm and Neon Trees. This year’s big-name act is Rusted Root, best known for “Send Me on My Way.”
