Green City Market’s chef demonstration on Wednesday will feature none other than Frontera Grill mastermind Rick Bayless. The Top Chef Masters season one winner will demonstrate meals made using locally produced ingredients. Seating/standing for the free event, beginning at 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., is first come, first served.
Green City Market, which began its outdoor season earlier this month, is located at the south end of Lincoln Park, across the street from Hotel Lincoln. The hours of operation are every Wednesday and Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
