Miki Sudo won the “Ribmania IV” eating contest Friday at Ribfest Chicago, upsetting No. 1 ranked competitive eater Joey Chestnut and earning a cool $2,000.

According to Ribfest officials, Sudo of Las Vegas devoured a total of 2.9 pounds of baby-back ribs.

Contestants had eight minutes to eat the most baby-back ribs provided by Rub’s Backcountry Smokehouse.
