This Asian vegetable looks like a mix of watercress and spinach. It grows in similar conditions as watercress and has the nutrition value like spinach does. It tastes similar to spinach but is crunchy. It is very easy to prepare. Most simple way is to pour some oil in a heated skillet, add some garlic, add the water spinach and stir fry for a few minutes.
