Oaxaca Taqueria is introducing a dedicated vegan menu in January. On the vegan menu, you’ll find seasoned beef crumble with traditional Mexican spices and lightly seasoned, hand pulled chicken, made with plant-based, complete protein from Beyond Meat. The beef crumble is made with pea protein and the chicken is made with non-gmo soy protein and pea protein. Not a fan of pea or soy proteins? There’s also roasted potatos with sauteed Spanish onion and poblanos and Oaxacan bay leaf stewed black beans for diners that prefer whole foods.
