Cookbooks are always great, either for inspiration or simply just to discover new delicious recipes. Last week, I was informed about Chef Rocco DiSpirito’s Now Eat This! Diet cookbook, which was just released last month, March 22nd. I wasn’t too familiar with the book, but I do enjoy checking out diet cookbooks now and then, mostly for their health conscious recipes.
This cookbook looked interesting. It’s about healthier recipes for your favorite foods with more nutrition and less calories, and eating smaller meals throughout the day.
Personally, I tend to eat 4-5 small meals throughout the day (probably because I’m a fan of snacking). Healthy eating and smart recipes are the way to go, whether you want to lose a few pounds or simply improve your diet. Of course, for serious weight loss eating is only part of the solution. Being active and exercising is also essential.
