Next Hopleaf class examines Chicago beers (tickets available)

“Hopleaf Beer School” is back in session on May 21 and items on the agenda are a discussion of Chicago beer history and tastings of beers from today’s local breweries.

Hopleaf is holding beer classes with a different topic every third Tuesday of every month until August. Future installments will look at trappist beers (June 18), sour beers (July 16) and wheat beers (August 20). Tickets are $42.39 and classes tend to sellout.

Hopleaf is located in Andersonville at 5148 N. Clark St., between Foster Ave. and Winona St.
