Gemini Bistro Chicago Chef Week 2013 Dinner Menu


chicago chef weekGemini Bistro in Lincoln Park will be offering a three-course dinner menu for Chicago Chef Week 2013 from March 17 through March 22. Tickets are $44.

The choices are:

1) BABY BEET SALAD with chevre, mache, white truffle vinaigrette or NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER with fresh clams, smoked bacon, thyme

2) SWORDFISH PROVENCAL with roma tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, sweet basil or KUROBUTA PORK CHOP with butternut bread pudding, brussel sprout leaves, herb demi-glace

3) CREME BRULEE with vanilla bean custard, caramelized sugar, almond biscotti or OLD FASHIONED CHOCOLATE CAKE with homemade peanut brittle, salted caramel gelato
