Chicago brewery Ale Syndicate‘s first beer, “Richie,” will start pouring today, March 18 in select locations around the city. The “Richie” Imperial Porter is made with roasted barley and chocolate malts and the beer company recommends it for these cold days in March.

The beer is, or will soon be, available on tap at Bangers & Lace, Beer Bistro North, Big Star, Farmhouse, Hackney’s Printer’s Row, Jake Melnick’s, Maria’s Packaged Goods & Community Bar, Owen & Engine, Three Aces, Uncommon Ground (Clark) and Village Tap.
