Chef Jesús Nuñez of Socarrat Paella Bar is bringing you the Big Apple Paella, available for a limited time from March 9th – April 12th. The paella highlights salami from Katz’s Delicatessen and beef franks from Nathan’s Famous, bringing together ingredients from two of New York’s most iconic culinary establishments. In addition, it’s crammed with pulled pork, red cabbage, corn and Bomba rice.
The paella is available at all Socarrat Paella Bar locations.
