Spiced Apple Punch

  • 1 gallon of apple juice
  • 1 gallon of apple cider
  • 3 cups of white sugar
  • 8 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bottle of grain alcohol

Directions:

In a large pot, combine the apple juice, apple cider, cinnamon and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then let cool completely. Once cool, pour in the grain alcohol. Pour mixture into a large punch bowl. Pour a few servings and garnish with apple slices.

Cranberry Martini

  • 1.5 oz of vodka
  • 1/2 oz of orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz of vermouth
  • 3 oz of cranberry juice
  • cranberries as garnish

Directions:

Pour ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker. Shake to chill. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with cranberries.

Pear Brandy Sidecar

  • 1.5 oz of Pear Brandy
  • 1/2 oz of lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 1 oz pear nectar

Directions:

Pour all ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker, shake well. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pear.

Eggnog Latte

  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 2/3 cup of eggnog
  • 1.5 oz of brewed espresso
  • nutmeg for garnish

Directions:

Pour the milk and eggnog into a steaming cup and steam using the steaming wand. Brew the espresso and put in a mug. Pour the steamed mixture into the mug reserving the foam for last. Garnish with nutmeg.
