chicagowurstfestivalThe inaugural Chicago Wurst Festival, a three-day event celebrating sausage, beer and music, takes place September 18-20 at Daley Plaza. The Wurst Festival highlights artisan sausages utilizing meat from sustainable, natural farming practices.
