National Chocolate Éclair Day – June 22nd

June 22nd is National Chocolate Éclair Day! The eclair is a French pastry made with choux dough, formed into an oblong shape, and carefully baked until crisp and hollow inside. The pastry is then filled with a custard or cream, and topped with fondant icing.

On Saturday, June 22nd, Maison Kayser will be offering some unique varieties of eclairs made specifically for this day.

  • Dark Chocolate Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, 70% chocolate custard cream, chocolate icing
  • Milk Chocolate Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, Milk chocolate custard, chocolate icing
  • Espresso Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, espresso-infused custard cream, coffee icing
  • Coffee Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, coffee custard cream, espresso icing
  • Vanilla Bourbon Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, vanilla custard cream, vanilla & white chocolate icing
  • Yuzu Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, yuzu custard cream, lemon icing
  • Salted Caramel Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, salted caramel custard cream, caramel icing
  • Raspberry Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, Raspberry custard cream, raspberry icing
  • Pistachio Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, Pistachio cream filling and flavored icing
  • Flag Éclair: Pâte à Choux dough, white mint custard cream, mint & white chocolate icing
