Spanish Paired Wine Dinner at Jack the Horse Tavern – June 20

Chef-owner of Jack the Horse Tavern, Tim Oltmans, has put together a special three-course tasting menu based on pairings with Spanish wines. This menu will only be available Thursday, June 20th from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. Cost is $45 per person for the tasting menu and $65 per person for the wine pairing, plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited so reservations are required. Jack the Horse Tavern is located at 66 Hicks Street, at the corner of Cranberry Street, in Brooklyn Heights. Grilled corn, chorizo jam, salt cod espuma and pickled ramps

Crema catalena with strawberry compote
Sherry Cobbler with Pedro Ximenez Sherry, cognac, lemon and orange
