Courtright’s Restaurant in Willow Springs is participating in Chicago Chef Week with a three-course dinner menu. The cost is $44 and is available on March 17 and March 20-22 only.

1) POACHED FROG’S LEGS AND MEDITERRANEAN MUSSELS with Black Rice, Snap Peas, Baby Beets and Micro Carrots, Saffron Clam Sauce

2) PAN SEARED SKATE WIG with Crushed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Cornichon, Olives, Capers, Artichoke Puree, Leeks, Roasted Garlic, Green Onions, Dill Buerre Blanc

3) ROASTED BANANA CAKE with Dark Chocolate Cremeux, Peanut Butter Ice Cream, Cactus Pear Foam
