Bill Kim to Be Guest Soup Chef at Embeya on March 6

Embeya will close out its winter Guest Chef Soup Series this Monday, March 6 by inviting Belly Q and Urban Belly mastermind Bill Kim into the kitchen. In the past weeks, Embeya has brought in Jason Vincet (Nightwood), Mike and Pat Sheerin (Trenchermen) and Phillip Foss (El Ideas) to make soup. $2 from each soup sale will be donated to Green City Market. Embeya, which bills itself as “Progressive Asian Cuisine,” is located at 564 Randolph Street.
