Chef Marc Murphy Shares Ideas For Your Super Bowl Leftovers

Chef and “Chopped” judge Marc Murphy stopped by this past Monday’s VH1’s Big Morning Buzz Live, to show host Carrie Keegan how to make use your Super Bowl leftovers.

He starts by mixing up a morning-after cocktail with remaining tequila from the bottle. With the extra cans of beer, he introduces a recipe for beer braised short ribs. Next, he uses leftover potato skins to put together a tasty frittata. Lastly, with those extra buffalo wings, remove the meat from the wings and put together a baked Sheppard’s pie. Here’s the video.
