Tanta, a Peruvian restaurant which has locations in Lima and Barcelona, is opening a third restaurant this spring in Chicago at 118 West Grand Avenue, reports Chicago Tribune. Tanta is the brainchild of Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio, whose Astria Y Gaston is on the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
