The ambitious Next Restaurant has released a promo video for its new “The Hunt” meat-driven menu. The Grant Achatz-led restaurant recently finished three months of its “Kyoto” Japanese kaiseki menu.
Next Restaurant flips its menus every three months and sells tickets for dinners instead of taking reservations. If you’re not a carnivore, you’ll have to wait till May when the restaurant unveils a “Vegan” themed menu.
