The Brooklyn Brewery (79 North 11th Street) will be hosting an event to benefit the New York Aquarium on Wednesday, Jan. 23 from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets start at $50 with all proceeds going towards the Aquarium Recovery Fund. Beers and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
At 8:30 p.m., WCS vice president and director of the New York Aquarium Jon Forrest Dohlin will deliver a presentation on the aquarium’s role in the Brooklyn community and global conservation.
The event is being organized by Young Patrons Program of The Wildlife Conservation Society.
