NYC Peck Slip Pickle Festival (Hurricane Sandy Relief)

The Peck Slip Pickle Festival 2012 will be held this Sunday, Nov. 11 between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Lower Manhattan at the New Amsterdam Market on South Street between Beekman Street and Peck Slip.

The event will also serve as a fundraiser for Hurricane Sandy relief with a $3 suggested donation going towards the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City.

Dates pickled in tamarind, with lime juice, garlic, ginger, and sumac.
