Edgewater’s Edge Fest 2012 Is For Bacon Lovers

Bacon will be the featured food at Edge Fest, Edgewater’s first neighborhood street festival in over a decade.

“Bacon may be eaten smoked, boiled, fried, baked, or grilled,” the event organizers state. “Are you ready to enjoy some delicious bacon? Cheeseburgers with bacon, BLT sandwiches, bacon bits on your cheese fries… and much more! Remember… Edge Fest can be ordered with ‘a Side of Bacon.'”

In addition to the local food, Edge Fest will feature music on two stages as well as a showcase of artwork from over 40 local Edgewater artists.

WHEN: Saturday, August 4 from 12:00 to 10 p.m. and Sunday, August 5 from 12:00 to 9 p.m.
WHERE: 5900 N. Broadway at Thorndale Ave.
COST: $5 Suggested Donation

    i really do like socks, they should have bacon wrapped socks.
