Here’s how to enter:

Giveaway ends Friday Sept 2nd 11:59pm EST and the winners will be announced shortly afterwards. Happy Eating!

Meanwhile, check out these Cheeseburger sliders I made using Gruyere cheese. There’s two types of burgers, one using 100% beef and the other meat-less one using TVP (textured vegetable protein). Each burger features a piece of melted Wisconsin Gruyere cheese hidden inside the patty. More details and photos can be found here.

My favorite Cheesburger is a big fat hamburger patty covered with fresh swiss cheese, caramelized onion, thin crispy strips of bacon and sauteed mushrooms. It truly doesn’t get any better than that for me.

the gourmet readymade in one of our local groceries has started offering cheddar and bacon shaped hamburgers. The meat is marbled with bits of cheddar and the flavor of bacon is there. They taste fantastic and fortunately are reasonably priced.
Before trying them, I would of said swiss cheese and mushrooms.

I like a classic burger with American cheese, raw onion, tomato, lettuce, ketchup, mustard. Or if the raw onions seem too evil, grilled onions.

I like a cheeseburger with fried onions– sometimes with extras. Sometimes not.

The best burger I’ve ever had was a brisket and short rib patty topped with sharper aged cheddar and maple cured bacon, served on a fresh potato roll. There was a hint of garlic mayo. Perfection 🙂
