EatPantry Wrap up and Foil baked Salmon

The past few days has been quite hectic. The weather was scorching hot. I have been packing all my belongings into boxes and storage bags, disassembling furniture here and there, and also handling my regular responsibilities. In a couple of days, I’ll be in a new apartment about one mile away from this one.

Well, I’ll be pretty occupied the next few days… so I’ll leave you with a simple recipe for baking salmon. I came across 2 salmon fillets in the freezer the other day and decided to bake it in the oven with some herbs and spice mix… inside an aluminum foil pouch! Here’s the recipe for Foil baked Salmon. It is very simple and easy, and very tasty!

See you next time Boston

This concludes my series of posts on my recent trip to Boston, MA. Here is a list of places I dined at during my trip.

During that week, I stayed at the Marriot Boston Cambridge Hotel, in Cambridge, MA. It was a pleasant hotel, next to MIT, close to public transportation, and down the block from a Legal Seafoods. The only bummer was that were was no free wifi. On the other hand, their food catering is pretty good.

Dinner at Wagamama, Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA

On my last evening in town, I went over to Harvard Square for dinner. I came across Wagamama, located at 57 JFK street. It looked like a fun restaurant. I had read about it being an Asian inspired noodle restaurant with fun dishes and a nice juice bar. I grew curious about this restaurant, especially after encountering cool noodle chains like Noodles and Company. I figured I would go in and give it try.
