One night, I decided to mass produce some homemade chicken dumplings. Here’s the recipe.

Cranberry and walnut biscottis

I got a little carried away. This time I tried to give the biscottis a more gourmet look, with the extra walnuts and peanuts. I melted these semi-sweet and white chocolate swirled morsels by Nestle Toll House, and drizzled over the biscottis. Pretty right?

Cranberry Biscotti

Last time I used Pillsbury Quick Bread mix, I made banana bread. This time I wanted to try another flavor. Cranberry! Yum! I got this idea to make Cranberry Biscottis after finding the recipe on the side of the box. I’m a big coffee drinker and biscottis would just go great with my morning coffee.
