2) BELLY SANDWICH with biscuit, blackened pork belly, sunny side egg and roasted potatoes
or TAMALE CAKE with corn and poblano “tamale cake,” tomatillo salsa, avocado, sunny side egg and roasted poblano aioli
or CHICKEN SANDWICH potato roll, grilled chicken, brie cheese, apple, whole grain mustard and greens
or COUS COUS with Israeli cous cous, eggplant, winter squash, thyme compound butter, toasted almonds, dried cranberries and fresh greens
